All appointments are made through the website appointment setter. Below are the session types. Click the 'book' button under your selection and you will be directed to the appointment setter App. Select the session and appointment time and fill in the required sections to complete the booking process. At the completion of your booking, you will receive a notification from the online booking system confirming that your online booking was accepted with the link for the Web Conference Meeting.
If the times available are not suitable contact Helen directly as there may be flexibility with the times offered.
WHICH IS THE RIGHT SESSION FOR ME?
INITIAL SESSION: - The first time you work with Helen will be an 'Initial Session'. There are two ways to inquire and book an Initial Session. Contact Helen by phone, text on 0403 248 988 or go ahead and book the Initial Session online. Helen will call you and discuss and answer any pressing questions prior to your session upon request.
INBOUND SESSION: - Current client continuing doing inner work with Helen book their next session online as an 'Inbound Session'. include additional relevant information on the booking form that Helen may need to know since the previous session. She will contact you to discuss prior to the session if needed.

COACHING SESSION: - Current client seeking strategy coaching Book in a 'Coaching Session'. and Helen will touch base to discuss your current needs. Phone, text on 0403 248 988

HOW DO IÂ PAY FOR MY SESSION?
Pay the session fee via your bank with EFT/Direct Deposit after you have made your booking and within 48 hours. The payment and account details are included in the booking process as well as in the booking acceptance email.
When your payment is processed new clients will receive a reply email from Helen at least 24 hours prior to your session confirming your appointment time, logistics, and all information needed for the session.
CAN IÂ CHANGE MY BOOKING TIME?
Sometimes life happens. If you need to reschedule, click on the 'reschedule link' in your original booking email sent to you from the appointment setter. You can also call or text discuss availability . Helen will do her absolute best to make another suitable time if there are no times available online that suit. Check the reschedule and cancel policy here.

For all other sessions you will receive a text confirming the time and link on the day prior or the day of your session.
